Dare to Explore - TED Series

  Our optimist club is happy to announce the special "Dare to Explore - TED series" to the students of your school. This is unique program that is designed to challenge the curious minds ("Young Explorer") with the latest achievements in the frontiers of Science, Business, Arts, etc.  

Benefits: 

• Gain "Young Explorer" membership
• Hear from the person/personnel involved in the cutting edge work through audio-visuals
• Empower oneself with the knowledge on the latest cutting edge work in the chosen topic. "Knowledge is Power"
• Access the "Dare to Explore" section of our web portal. This is exclusive and only all "Young Explorers", moderator and others as designated by moderator will have access.
• Participate on post discussion threads on the topic of the month in the "Dare to Explore" section.

Where: Oak Park Recreation Center

When:    Every 2^nd Wednesday of the month.   

             Time: 6 PM to 6.30 PM

Agenda:

1. TED Topic introduction (see enclosed sample) - 10 min
2. TED topic - audio visual  - 10 to 15 min
3. Q & A - 15 min

Who: Sophomores, juniors and senior school students.
